Position is for Colfax General LTC located in Springer NM.

Performs duties independently with minimal supervision, operating from specific and definite direction and instructions. Decisions are of routine or critical nature, made within prescribed operating guidelines, policies, and procedures. Is responsible for performing job duties within institutional guidelines.

Has both internal and external contacts. The most common internal contacts are with co-workers and the staff of other departments. The most frequent external contacts are with residents, families and caregivers. Both types of interactions involve information exchange, good customer service and problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, CNA Certification
• 1-3 years experience in Long Term Care Social Services & Activities required.
• Excellent Customer Service skills required.
• Communication and organizational skills required.
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude required.
