Laboratory

The Holy Cross laboratory offers a diverse array of services to both outpatients and inpatients. The outpatient blood-draw area is only a few steps from the Lab lobby, and privacy cubicles assure patient confidentiality.

 

Here For You With New, Better Hours

We know you don't want to wait all day for your blood work, so the HCH Lab has recently introduced new hours for your convenience.
New Lab Hours:
6:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday, and
7:00 am – noon Saturday and Sunday

  • Flu testing, wound and throat cultures
  • Chemistry
  • Analysis of cholesterol, glucose and enzymes present during heart attacks

 

Professional Pathologist

Jack Garland, MD is a Board-Certified Pathologist who provides full-time coverage of clinical and surgical pathology, including interpretation of surgical and cytology specimens.

Anatomic Pathology
The Lab has a full-time Histotechnologist who assists in preparation of surgical and cytology specimens. Services include surgical, specimens, office biopsies, needle aspiration cytologies, bone marrows and autopsies.
