Patient Accounts –Walk-ins coming to the Hospital may discuss their medical bills privately and one-on-one with a Patient Accounts Representative. If you have a complaint about how the medical services are billed, then you may also discuss the complaint with a Patient Account Representative. For questions about your medical bill, you may call a representative, whose name will be on the bottom of the medical bills in order to set up payment arrangements.
