Peter Hofstetter, Holy Cross Hospital CEO
I am pleased to welcome you to Holy Cross Hospital. Holy Cross has been providing high-quality health care to the greater Taos community for over 72 years. We are proud of our modern facilities and have worked hard to ensure that we have the most up-to-date equipment for our patients and families. Our Hospital is home to 80 physicians covering a variety of ever-expanding specialties that include internal medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, pediatrics, general surgery, urology and a fully staffed emergency department.
Holy Cross Hospital works actively to provide the highest quality of care, which has been validated by our scores in a number of national benchmarks. We have also been recognized this year by the American Hospital Association with a NOVA award for our community-based First Steps Program — a program that works with first time parents and families. Efforts like these have created our reputation as an organization of excellence.
