Mission Statement
Physician and Clinical members of the medical staff, and Holy Cross Hospital, working in partnership, provide cost effective, quality health care to all residents of Taos County through an integrated health care delivery system, in a 50-50 partnership.
Vision
Taos Community Health Plan's vision, using PHO (Physician/Hospital Organization) as a messenger model, is an improved quality of life and health status for Taos County residents through an innovative, accountable, accessible and economically sustainable physician/clinician driven health care delivery system which recognizes and appreciates the cultural diversity of the community and shows respect and dignity for all.
