Surgical Expertise: Served families of Northern New Mexico for the past 40 years saving many lives and known for his surgical skills by generations of families in Northern New Mexico. Performed both emergency and scheduled surgeries in Taos, NM. Past Medical Director of HCH and hospital privileges for over 30 years. U.S. Government Public Health Services Physician at Taos Pueblo.
Special Honors: People’s Caring Award, May 1998, NM; Secretary of State for being “A healer who goes above and beyond his surgical skills.”

Richard Massen, MD, MBA
