Qualifications:
Education:
Must have at least five or more years experience in billing collections and customer service in a hospital environment. Thorough knowledge of billing, collection procedures and best practices. Understanding of computer systems, as well as knowledge of Meditech preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, and preferable in Spanish as well. Good leadership skills with a team orientated approach.
