Exceptional ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures. Strong writing and editing skills. Programming planning and implementation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Exceptional computer skills.
