Dr. Matthew Harrison

Physiatrist Matthew Harrison, MD, board certified in Sports and Physical Medicine, provides non-surgical treatments of bone, joint, nerve, and muscle conditions and concerns.
He offers diagnostic work ups for:
Back and Neck Pain
Joint Pain
Muscle Spasms
Pinched Nerves
Sports and Occupational Injuries
Now electrodiagnostics and nerve conduction studies are available. These nerve tests check to see if nerves and muscles are working right. They are used to check for nerve damage, to test for conditions affecting the nervous system, or to check for 'trapped' nerves - conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
If you have unexplained numbness, tingling, or weakness in your hands or neck, a consultation to assess problems such as pinched nerves or disease of the nerve and muscles can be done by Dr. Harrison.
Using a holistic approach to healing by looking at the entire person, Dr. Harrison works to restore maximum function to your life. Physiatry is not just for athletes or people with chronic pain – its for folks who want to stay active and live life at an optimal level of well-being.
